Overview
Stored time series can be retrieved, organized, analyzed, and visualized using the Time Series Manager.
There are 3 types of time series:

Time series that contain a single data value for each time step is referred to as Ordinary time series. Ordinary time series are represented by this icon in the explorer:

Time series that contain multiple Y-values for each time step are referred to as Ensemble time series. Ensembles are represented by this icon in the explorer:

External time series, where the values are not contained in the MIKE Workbench database, are referred to as Linked time series:
In the following sections, all three types are referred to as Time Series, and only in cases where the types are behaving differently they will be referred to as Ordinary, Ensemble and Linked time series, respectively.
